2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop www.trvlmind.be . By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Products

We do our best to display the products as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, colors). Minor variations in color, size, or finish are possible and do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

4. Order & payment

• Orders are only final after receipt of payment.
• Payments are made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery

• We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Delivery time: usually 1–2 working days after shipment within Belgium and 2–5 working days after shipment to the Netherlands .
• Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

6. Right of withdrawal & Returns

• You can return products within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of sale items or products with unique personalization. These are excluded from the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.
• Returns must be notified by email to hello@trvlmind.be , stating your name, order number and, if applicable, a reason for return.
• Returns are at your own expense.
• We will refund the purchase amount once the product has been received by us in its original condition.

7. Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty: a product must perform as you reasonably expect. Damage due to improper use is not covered.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
• Delay or loss by the carrier.
• Indirect damages such as lost profits or consequential damages.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, disruptions, illness, or extreme weather conditions), we reserve the right to terminate the agreement or suspend delivery without compensation.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, the court of the district where TRVLMIND is established has jurisdiction.
