Who are the products intended for?
TRVLMIND is primarily aimed at cabin crew and aviation professionals, but is also there for anyone who feels at home between departure and arrival boards.

What is the weight of the products?
We state the weight for each product, so you know exactly how much space it takes up in your luggage.

Are the products personalized?
Most products are personalized in small quantities within TRVLMIND itself.

Can I have my own quote printed?
Currently, we only work with pre-designed designs. For larger collaborations, customization can be discussed.

✈️ Order & Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. Expansion to other European countries will follow.

What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Delivery time via bpost is approximately 1–3 business days within Belgium.

Which carrier do you work with?
We ship via bpost.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order, in accordance with legal requirements. More information can be found on the 'Exchanges & Returns' page.

Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend hand washing printed items to maintain quality for as long as possible.

Do you offer collaborations or larger orders?
Yes, TRVLMIND is open to crew events, corporate gifting, and collaborations within the aviation and travel industry.
