We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if you do want to return it, you can do so under the following conditions:

• You have the right to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt .
• You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.
• Want to return something? First, contact us at hello@trvlmind.be . After approval, we'll send you return instructions and the correct return address. Unpaid or unannounced returns will not be accepted.
• If desired, we can provide a return label; the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions

• Items that have been personalized especially for you are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
• Discounted or sale items cannot be returned.

Refund

Once we've received your return in good order, we'll refund the purchase price using the payment method you used. This will happen within 10 business days .
