TRVLMIND is created primarily for cabin crew and aviation professionals, but also for anyone who feels at home between departure and arrival boards.

Are the products personalised?
Most of our products are customised in small batches in-house at TRVLMIND.

Can I request my own quote or design?
At the moment, we only offer our existing designs. Customisation may be discussed for larger orders and collaborations.

Which countries do you ship to?
From 14 August, we ship throughout Europe. The available shipping options and rates for your country will be displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

We work with trusted delivery partners. The carrier may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to notify us of your return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Please consult our Returns Policy for the complete conditions and instructions.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
The direct cost of returning an order is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.

How should I care for my products?
Care instructions vary by product. Please check the relevant product page for specific instructions. For printed textile items, we generally recommend hand washing to preserve the print for as long as possible.

Do you offer collaborations or larger orders?
Yes. TRVLMIND welcomes collaborations involving crew events, corporate gifting and partners within the aviation and travel industries.
