We hope you’re happy with your TRVLMIND order. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@trvlmind.be within this 14-day period. We will then provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the items.

Return conditions

Items may only be handled or inspected in the same way as they would be in a physical store. They should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may be held responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please do not send your return before contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning your order is your responsibility, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.

If preferred, we may provide you with a return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

Refunds

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be processed no later than 14 calendar days after your withdrawal request, subject to this condition.
