2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through www.trvlmind.be.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable Belgian or European law remain unaffected.
3. Products
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. As many TRVLMIND products are finished or printed in small batches, minor variations in colour, positioning, dimensions or finish may occur. These small variations are part of the production process and do not constitute a defect, provided the product remains in conformity with its description and may reasonably be used as intended.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delivery costs and any other applicable charges are displayed before you complete your order.
TRVLMIND may change its prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.
5. Orders and payment
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and confirm your chosen payment method.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. The purchase agreement becomes final when your order has been accepted by TRVLMIND.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once the payment has been successfully completed or authorised by the relevant payment provider.
If you choose a deferred payment method, such as Klarna, the additional terms, eligibility requirements and payment deadlines of that payment provider will apply. The payment provider may carry out an eligibility, identity, fraud-prevention or risk assessment and may decline the selected payment method.
If a deferred payment method is selected, your payment obligation towards the payment provider remains separate from the delivery and returns process. Returning an order does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment. You must follow our return instructions, after which the refund or adjustment will be processed through the relevant payment provider.
TRVLMIND has no control over whether Klarna or another payment provider approves a deferred payment method. Questions concerning payment schedules, reminders, rejected applications or charges imposed by the payment provider should be addressed directly to that provider.
TRVLMIND may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment has not been completed or authorised
- The order information appears incorrect or incomplete
- There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse
- An obvious pricing or technical error has occurred
If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot accept, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
6. Delivery
TRVLMIND ships to the European destinations available at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are indicative only.
Shipping options, rates and any available estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped, where tracking is available.
TRVLMIND remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.
Please check that the delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@trvlmind.be, preferably with your order number and clear photographs.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting hello@trvlmind.be or by using the statutory withdrawal form.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the products.
The direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility, unless the product was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.
You may inspect a product in the same way as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
This exception only applies where the product was specifically customised at your request and cannot reasonably be resold as part of TRVLMIND’s standard range.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
If you paid using Klarna or another deferred payment service, the refund will be processed through that payment provider. Depending on the status of your payment, the provider may adjust or cancel your outstanding balance or refund an amount already paid.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

8. Legal guarantee
All products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity.
A product must correspond to its description, possess the qualities you may reasonably expect and be fit for its normal intended use.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate or cannot be completed within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the agreement, in accordance with applicable law.
The statutory guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper or abnormal use
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow the applicable care instructions
- Accidents or external damage occurring after delivery
- Alterations or repairs carried out by the customer or an unauthorised third party
These exclusions do not limit your mandatory legal rights.
To report a suspected defect, contact hello@trvlmind.be with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs.
9. Liability
TRVLMIND is responsible for damage caused by a failure to fulfil its contractual or legal obligations where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
TRVLMIND is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of a product, failure to follow care or safety instructions, or circumstances attributable to the customer.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by an act or omission for which TRVLMIND is legally responsible.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Force majeure
TRVLMIND is not responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government measures, transport disruptions, major technical failures, epidemics or other unforeseen events.
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to limit the consequences.
If performance becomes impossible or is delayed for an unreasonable period, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund for products not delivered.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the TRVLMIND website, including the brand name, logo, designs, product photographs, illustrations, graphics and written content, is owned by or licensed to TRVLMIND and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission from TRVLMIND.
12. Complaints
If you have a question or complaint, please contact us first at hello@trvlmind.be. Include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue so that we can assist you efficiently.
We aim to acknowledge and handle complaints within a reasonable period.
If we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service:

This does not affect your right to bring the matter before a competent court.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Please consult our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect, why we process it, how long it is retained and the rights available to you.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will, where possible, be replaced or interpreted in a way that most closely reflects its original purpose while complying with applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
TRVLMIND may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, business practices or legal obligations change.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version that was available when you placed your order.
The most recent version and its update date will always be available on this page.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions and all agreements with TRVLMIND are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection granted by the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute will be submitted to a court that has jurisdiction under the applicable Belgian and European rules. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before another court that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.
